How to Be ๐Ÿ’ช Productive

Productivity quests can be overwhelming. So, keep it simple and find the most productive two-hour period to focus on what's most important with zero distractions. This isn't the same as do a little, often. This is for getting a larger project started or completed. Two hours of uninterrupted focus to get on top of almost anything.

Not 100%

In the context of eight-hour days, operating at 85% capacity gives around seven hours of work leaving an hour or so of adaptive capacity to plan to-do lists, the next session or review an upcoming schedule etc.

Body clocks are editable (e.g., shift workers) so if you're consistent about the time you work you can get your body and mind into sync.

As with most disclaimers, you should defer all dopamine hits (i.e., anything unrelated) until after the two hours of productive work have finished.
